WooCommerce different countries/languages + Redirect

Hey guys!

We’re growing and we need to create a better experience for each customer from another non-english-speaking country.

So what I have figured is that we need:
1. Specific languages for selected countries (where our major visitors are from)
2. Re-direction based on IP
3. Most rather have same domain, just /en, /de etc in the end if possible (subdirectories with a generic top-level domain (gTLD))
4. Want to have the ability to offer a customized checkout for each country (with different payment alternatives depending on country)
5. We will do the translates, so no need for automatic translation

What kind of solution/plugin can achieve this? And is this the best way to go about it? Is it even possible to achieve this without registering multiple domains?
