Hi Support,
If you go to the link I provided and buy a product (I have set test on check payment method). You cannot download it from my account > download page. Because download link is automatically changing. I don’t know why. I have deactivated the plugins and go to settings > permalink and click save again as I see in another support reply. But all these don’t solve the problem.

I just face another problem and need to add that: even woocommerce download in my site is not working for the product hosted in website media also. When I want to download a that file it also download that error file named uc.

In details, I have add file url to https://drive.google.com/uc?id=<ID>&export=download like this and the download url in customer download page is https://digitalstore.gardenopedia.net/?download_file=281&order=wc_order_I1b5LyJhnIkAG&email=nandminc2020%40gmail.com&key=7b8a2d9d-0e52-44bd-9618-1ce09e94dfeb this. and even it downloads a file(?) instead of zip from google drive. After this I follow this method: https://araixuniversity.com/topic/sell-digital-goods-securely-through-google-drive/ and it also didn’t work. So I need help seriously.

[Can you please help me. I don’t stop the cash on delivery testing payment and I will mark all order done after you place a order to test. Just inform me if you place any order for testing purpose.]

I solved this by selecting redirect only (insecure) in file download method which is insecure.
Any other idea?

Hi @aknahin113,

Glad to hear that you were able to figure this one out.

Just to mention, some cloud storage providers like Google Drive only work with the Redirect onlymethod.

* The method is termed insecure since people who are not logged in but have the download link can access the file.
