    For some reason the woocommerce plugin has frequently been deactivating itself. Noone logs into the dashboard but myself and one other person and neither of us are deactivating it. Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? We are running all the latest versions of everything and made no major changes to the website other than content updates.

    This is indeed odd behavior, and we’d be happy to try help identify what may be causing this to occur.

    Can you please share a copy of the following in order for us to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, as well as any errors being produced:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
