WooCommerce Doesnt send email when orderd

Hello and good day to you all,

I have an issue with WooCommerce.
When someone orders something, he and I don’t receive any email.

I have added my email in the settings of WooCommerce correctly but still it does not work.
E-mail notification is working when a new comment is placed, so I think it is a different issue.

Does someone have an idea, you would help me a lot.
