Woocommerce doubles product delivery!

I have a problem with woocommerce delivery options, when i add products to the shopping cart and go to checkout the delivery price is doubled, especially with products that have chained products inside, (buy one product and then you get a free gift etc.). How can i fix this?

I use chained products because i need to sell one item and add second item for free to that same purchase (Buy one, get another item for free etc), is there any other way to do this?
