    Hi

I had on my wordpress website Woocommerce. Since today I dont have it anymore (it said I needed to update to version 3.5 in the app). I opened wordpress, but I dont see Woocommerce anymore in the tab on the left side. I try to update Woocommerce in plugin, but it says error.

If I try to install woocommerce, than it says it is existing already.

Doest any one know what the problem is?

    Best Regards

  • Hello,

Can you disable all plugins except WooCommerce? And then switch your site to a default theme like the Twenty-Twenty or Storefront.

To disable them temporarily, you can use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler this plugin will remember what plugins you currently have active, so it’s easy to switch them back on.

Check if WooCommerce is visible, if visible, you can re-enable the original theme and the plugins one by one and check again after each reactivation, until you find the cause of the issue.

If not, please provide us a screenshot of what you see on your end for further assistance.
