WooCommerce download link not available after PayPal payment completed

  • I have three customers with the same problem. They paid with Paypal but the system don’t put the download link in the order. They paid with Paypal, I receive the money but even changing the status from pending, to complete, nothing change. We made the test with my girlfriend and happen the same. I’m using WP 5.7 , theme Electro.

    My solution was just send the link to download by email.

    PLEASE HELP.

  • With flatsome theme I notice same problem. The download button doesn’t appear after completing the order, which automatically change the status to completed.
    It happens also with other payment methods and the issue started about 3-4 weeks ago.

    Ohhh! So you say that the problem is with the theme?
