I changed the structure again to /shop/cat/product. I prefer the previous structure but this seems work well

    Hello @francescoitb,

    Thank you for contacting support.

The settings you have within our plugin indicate that you want to remove the product base, so the redirection should only happen from the following URL:
    https://wooddecor.it/prodotto/portaoggetti/porta-te-tisane-in-legno/

Having said that, it seems that you have changed the permalink structure again on the website, so we cannot verify the previous URLs you shared.

Let us know if there’s still some issue with the permalinks and their redirections and elaborate on those so we can debug the issue further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Yes, “should”. But any product has infinite links with every word you use instead of /product/… For this I’ve changed again the permalink structure.

    Hello @francescoitb,

Even if the products are available with random bases, the canonical URL will still point to the correct URL. So there will be no duplicate content issue as search engines will always be pointed to the correct URL. However, it is also highly unlikely the product URLs with a random base will be discovered by the search engines unless you submit them manually.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need our assistance with anything else.
