• Hi Mailpoet-Team

I have a question about your Woocommerce E-Mail Template Customizer.
The graphics on your product page kinda indicate there is a way to dispay the Product-Table in a way that would include the product images.

But when i look into the Tool there seems be no customisation options for the part with the Product-Table at all, which leaves us stuck with the default woocomerce view that does not include the product image.

Am i missing something or can you confirm that this is not possible (which would make the builder a bit too basic when compared with competitors)?

    kind regards
    chris

    Hi there @bacherprepress,

Thanks for reaching out to MailPoet support. I apologize for the delay, we are facing an unusually high level of support requests.

I understand you’d like to be able to customize your WooCommerce transactional emails using MailPoet, is that correct?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean by the Product Table – by this do you mean the section of the Order Confirmation / Processing emails that would show the list of items ordered, the amount, and the total? This part?

If so, then yes, this section is auto generated by the WooCommerce plugin and cannot be changed in the MailPoet customizer. The customizer allows you to add additional content to the header area (such as your logo and generic information about your shop) or footer area (such as links to a return policy) but the central order information cannot be changed.

    More on this here:

In other emails, such as newsletters, you can embed WooCommerce products using our product block and here you *can* show images with a list of products and control the formatting for featured products you include via that block.

If you’re looking for alternatives for formatting your WooCommerce Transactional emails, you can find a list of recommendations to consider here:

Or you could reach out to our development partner, Codeable, to create fully custom templates for your WooCommerce emails for you.
