    I’m trying to add a product but not able to write a product description and a short description. When I click on the writing section it seems disabled, the area is not functional. The button “Visual” and “Text” is also not working.

    I also tried to fix this problem by disabling plugins but nothing happened also tried to fix by changing the theme but nothing happened.

    Hi @ibornin!

    When you tested for theme and plugin conflict, did you disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce core, to rule out third-party interference, as per the steps here?

    If you are familiar with the browser console, then you can follow the same process to add a product, but this time with the console open, and it should output some errors along with the paths to where it is coming from.

    Can you let us know what you are seeing there?

    Yes, I disabled all the themes and plugin and reverted back to the default theme. But nothing happened.

    Hi there,
    So we can look into this would you mind sending us as System Status Report from your site when it is in conflict test mode, so only WooCommerce and a default theme active.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.?
    Select Get system report
    and then Copy for support.?

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
