    Good day

I have a conflict issue with the plugin WooCommerce PDF Invoices. Since installing and sending all woocommerce emails and notifications through MailPoet 3 (New), woocommerce PDF invoices no longer send me an order notification with the PDF invoice attached. Can you please assist. I have contacted Woocommmerce support who investigated and let me know that I should speak to the third parties. I then spoke to We Launch the creators of WooCommerce PDF Invoices and they gave the following feedback:

Please ask them to support the “woocommerce_email_attachments” filter.

    See offical docs: https://hookr.io/filters/woocommerce_email_attachments/

Please can you let me know how to implement this.

    Much appreciated.

    Hi @moniquescott1,

Since installing and sending all woocommerce emails and notifications through MailPoet 3 (New), woocommerce PDF invoices no longer send me an order notification with the PDF invoice attached.

I believe that’s because you may be sending your transactional emails with the MailPoet’s sending method, is that correct?

In this case, MailPoet does not include attachments in the emails that are sent because of bandwidth concerns and security implications with spam filters.

You’ll need to change the sending method in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… to “The default WordPress sending method”.

    For reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/292-choose-how-to-send-your-wordpress-websites-emails#attachments

    I hope that’s clearer!

    Hi there @moniquescott1,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
