woocommerce email issues

Posting credentials on a public forum is not a good idea. I advise changing them at once.

It looks like your transactional emails are being handled by SendinBlue. Have you set up a sender with email host, username and password.

You would need to contact a moderator but the password is out there now so just change the password.

Could you try this. Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails, then change the “Email Sender Options” to “[email protected]. Change yourdomain.com to your real domain.

If it still won’t work, try to install the WP Mail SMTP and configure based on your SMTP mail settings.

Let me know if it works.

The above solutions are on the right track. Also WordPress emails are sent but not received.

thanks already for your help. Your first solution didn’t work so I tried the other one. That seems to going wrong on SMTP settings. see below report on the test email
Any suggestions to solve this?
do I eed to change the SMTP host and port?

You have configured WP Mail SMTP with localhost:25, except localhost:25 is not a valid mail server for you (“Connection refused”).

Try the setup wizard in Postman SMTP. It’s a little smarter than WP Mail SMTP.

Ideally your email service provider will tell you the SMTP settings to use.
