    Hi everyone!
    I have just recently created a NL that should be sent, when items of a special category are bought.
    On test it seemed to be working just fine. As soon as a transaction was closed (on payment or manually in the backend) the email was sent.
    Now after 3 weeks I found out, that only a fraction of buyers got the email sent, even if they had purchased from said category. I cannot find a logic in who got the email and who did not.

    Have I overlooked a condition or misunderstood the whole concept?
    I appreciate any nudge into the right direction. Thanks.

    ps: to make you smile (as asked for) – my white dog has no undercoat, so when it rains his pink skin shines through. I named him Floyd…. ??

    Emails are only sent to subscribers who confirmed their subscription. Please check their email status in MailPoet.

    Thank you very much. I assumed, I had misunderstood the concept. So for all customers to get the Email, I would have to add a new Customer Email as well?!

    I would like to cover guest shoppers too.
