Woocommerce email issue; “From” name not translated

  • Hello!
    Using wpglobus and wpglobus for woocommerce and I am very happy with it!

    Finally got my website-shop up and running, and while testing out different orders and emails I noticed that the “From” name just shows up like:
    {:sv}Hybriden{:}{:en}Hybriden{:}.
    (I don’t know the proper name for this…? A string not being translated?)

    As a temporary fix I removed the from name so that the shop email is visible instead, but I’d appreciate any kind of help I can get with the translation issue.

    How can I fix it?
