Woocommerce Email Subject line from Gravity Form field

  • Is it possible to pull info (inputted by the customer) from a Gravity Forms form that is attached to the product upon checkout?
    Right now, the default email subject for new orders is:
    [{blogname}] New customer order ({order_number}) - {order_date}
    and we’d like ours to be: New Customer Order - Project Name
    Project Name being a field from the Gravity forms add-on.
