Woocommerce emails

  • Auto emails are not generating through woocommerce, Changing to the default theme the emails work.

    When either a customer places an order or cancels one an email should be sent, These do not. If I go into the order and manually click send email then it works.

    I am using an SMTP provider and the default mail function in WordPress doesn’t work.

    Thanks for using Modern Store.

    I understand that you have tried switching themes, but there must be another conflict with a plugin, the SMTP provider, or potentially certain mailing addresses customers are using. As a theme, Modern Store handles the site’s presentation and adds functionality strictly for customizing the site’s appearance. It doesn’t use or edit WordPress’ mail functionality or interact with WooCommerce’s eCommerce features beyond outputting product content.
