    Hi there,

    Seems there is an issue with WooCommerce transactionnals emails and Redis cache object.

    Sometimes it works, sometimes not with a “redis lost socket” error message.

    Purge the cache seems to work.

    Have you ever heard about that ? Should I make an auto purge each day ?

    Yes, you can call wp_cache_flush() every day if you like.

    redis lost socket likely means your Redis Server doesn’t have enough resources to handle the traffic.
