Woocommerce emails not accepting specific characters

Can you try with this if that helps. Add the following line in the bottom of your functions.php:

function disable_emojis() {
    remove_filter( 'wp_mail', 'wp_staticize_emoji_for_email' );
}
add_action( 'init', 'disable_emojis' );
