    Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with WooCommerce where notification emails are not being sent automatically for order statuses other than “Shipped”.

The emails for other statuses are only sent if I trigger them manually.

To troubleshoot, I installed the WP Mail Logging plugin and noticed that only the orders with the “Shipped” status are logged.

I also tried deactivating all plugins, but the problem persists. This issue didn’t exist before, so I’m not sure what could have changed.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Hi @bacharoun

This issue might be related to the email settings within WooCommerce or a conflict with your theme or hosting environment.

First, please ensure you have correctly configured the email notifications in WooCommerce. You can check this by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Here you can manage the emails sent by WooCommerce. Make sure that the emails for the statuses you want are enabled.

If the issue persists, it might be a conflict with your theme. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Additionally, install and configure a plugin like WP Mail SMTP. Because some hosting providers may limit the number of emails sent per hour or filter out transactional mail.

If you still encounter issues, please review our email sending FAQ for help, troubleshooting steps and solutions here: https://woo.com/document/email-faq/

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

    Hello bacharoun,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have reviewed the SSR and everything looks fine.

Could you please share screenshots of WP Mail Logging?
These visual clues are helpful to determine the cause of the problems.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
