Woocommerce emails not translated by TranslatePress

The problem I have is that I created a multilingual website with translatepress to translate woocommerce emails. However, when I place an order in a language other than the default language of the website, the woocommerce emails still come in the default language (English). What is the reason for this? I place test orders in the logged out state.
