    Hello,

after woocommerce update, woocommerce e-mail sending stopped working. When i try to change e-mail templates in woocommerce settings, it just shows message “disabled”.
Everything is up to date and woocommerce templates are all updated.

Don’t even know what’s wrong anymore. Can someone help me?
    Thank you!

Emails send when the order status is changed to ‘processing’, ‘on-hold’ or ‘completed’. Check your orders have this status.

You can see if emails are ‘sending’ but you’re just not receiving them with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ Don’t forget to check your spam box.

If not spammed, but logged as sending, it may be a server issue. Try using a different method of email sending with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-smtp/

You can also combine https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-smtp/ with https://www.mandrill.com/ or https://www.mailgun.com/ for improved deliverability and logging. I recommend this anyway.

    Thank you! Got it working.
Only problem is now that “customer invoice” e-mail letter won’t send automatically to customer who made order. I must manually send it to person who made order. There is option in “PDF-invoice” menu under woocommerce where “Cilents invoice by email” is checked and it should send but it doesn’t.
    What could be the problem?

Not sure on that one – that would be down to the PDF plugin you’re using.
