I am not receiving order notification emails or user registration emails for woocommerce.

I am using latest woocommmerce plugin version 2.6.1 and have enabled all the emails alerts in the Woocommerce email settings.
Here is the screenshot from my woocommerce email settings. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

  • Hello, my problem is a quite different, new order mails are not arriving and are not even logged into “WP Mail Logging Log” but if a get into a new order and resend new order mail it is working properly.

Any idea? is it possible to check the cron queue?

    Woocommerce version 3.0

    Thanks

Matia – that’s exactly the same issue i get! I dont get the emails unless i manually resend them

Is there anyone that can help me? I’m having problems with woo commerce not sending customer invoice emails. After I updated the avada theme to version 5 my woo commerce stopped sending invoice receipts to both myself and my customers. I have even noticed on the backend of my site in the woo commerce settings area, I can’t choose enable under the customer invoice area, it is only set to Manuel to send emails. I really need help with this.

    Thanks

The Enable this email notification has disappeared in the customer invoice area and I can no longer collect it. It is now set to manual.

This has happened to me as well, seems to be an issue with Woocommerce 3.0?

Yes, i have the same. It’s an issue in the new update 3.0
Just downgrade it and the problem is solved
    Goodluck!

Oh thanks for the response, how do you downgrade and to what version? Or are they going to release a new version soon?

You should backup your site before downgrading Woo-commerce plugin.

Follow steps below to dowgrade Woo-commerce plugin:

    – Deactivate Woo-commerce plugin (don’t delete the Woo-Commerce plugin in the administration panel)
    – Download Woo-commerce version that you want to downgrade
    – Login to your hosting through FTP or Hosting Panel
    – Browse to wp-content/plugins
    – You will see Woo-commerce directory
    – Replace the existing Woo-commerce directory with that newly extracted
    – Activate Woo-commerce plugin

    I also meet this problem.
before I used Postman SMTP. the new order, on-hold, processing notification didn’t sent. only the completed notification successfully sent.
but then the completed notification can’t be sent either.
then I use WP Mail SMTP and Easy WP SMTP. but nothing happend.
there is also no track on my mail log.

though I receive the test mail.
    can someone please help me?

Problem solved by downgrading WooCommerce to 2.7.0 BETA.

The new order emails is NOT working for me either in WC 3.0+. It is a definite BUG.

    Try downgrading your woocommerce plugin.
I’ve had the issue since 6th of April after upgrading to WooCommerce 3.0,
After days of sleeply night, I decided to downgrade to 2.6.14 and I tried a test order and my emails are working perfectly fine.

I have a weird one, Website continues to send emails from customer services and gravity forms process fine BUT Woo on its own stopped for no reasons sending emails?

Thinking to try Zapier Bypass via API direct to our email servers on Google. Worth a go, any ideas as to why Woo but not web server would just stop. Maintained etc and been running for 3 years plus fine and dandy?

Problem solved by modifying the “From” email in the settings of WooCommerce, with an e-mail address having the same domain as the website.
