  • Hi @gmass69

    Thanks for sharing the links. I understand that the account endpoints are not working.

    Please navigate to Dashboard->Settings->Permalinks, do nothing and save.

    If that doesn’t help then before taking any further corrective measure (already uninstalled and deactivated several times) can you please share screenshots of your permalinks and endpoints? We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Here is our documentation for your reference: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/

    Hello @gmass69!

    Have you checked if the issue persists when you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch your theme to Storefront? This can rule out any plugin/theme conflicts.

    You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for this tip. I just tried to disable all plugins except Woocommerce. I go to the settings and regenerated endpoints and also in the wordpress admin settings I saved again permalinks.

    However the problem remains the same and the endpoints haven’t come back to normal.

    Maybe I should rollover to a previous version of Woocomerce but the latest version has made an update to the database…

    Thanks!

    Hi @gmass69,

    Indeed, if you updated from 6.4.1 or a previous version to WooCommerce 6.5.1 you came across some important updates regarding database tables migration. You can read more about the changes here:

    * https://developer.woocommerce.com/2022/05/10/woocommerce-6-5-released/
    * https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/release/6.5/changelog.txt

    In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your response.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @gmass69,

    I’m following up on this. Since you see the correct structure in the settings but not in the frontend, it could be something related to caching.

    It would be a good idea to clear any kind of cache from your site and from the server. This article has more details on clearing cache in WordPress. Otherwise, this could be a problem related to a corrupted database that occurred during the update.

    Let us know if you have any other questions.

    We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.

    If you have any other questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Hello there!

    Thanks for your feedback and following the topic.

    I was busy on several projects and I solved the problem by the way…

    So what happened was that I duplicated the shop page and the Woocomerce shop page became draft. After that Woocomerce tried to generate links on an inconsistent page and endpoints were broken for pointing on an inconsistent page.

    Thanks!
    Regards
