For clarity, are you referring to the Endpoints on the front end of your site, or when navigating to the WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced page to edit your Endpoints?

If the former, can you please share an example of a page on your site that exhibits this behavior so that we check this further on our end.

Also, are you seeing any error messages when this occurs? Can you check the browser console for any errors being display when this happens and share any findings with us here.

I have tried Editing the Endpoints and I’ve checked also there’s no Browser error. If you want I can give you guys access to my woocommerce site and then you can check! And It’s really urgent!

This is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site, as the customer log in is working as expected.

Checking your site, I am able to see that your current Login form is created with Elementor:

Just to confirm, have you performed a full conflict test to rule out any plugin/theme conflicts?

This would involve temporarily switching your theme to a default theme, such as Storefront, while all plugins are deactivated, except for WooCommerce and checking if the issue is resolved.

If you do not want to test on a live site, you can use the free?Health Check?plugin which will allow you to deactivate all plugins, and change the theme while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Actually, I tried Deactivating all the plugins. And it worked but I cannot find which plugin is causing the error.

To figure out which plugin is causing the issue, reactivate your other plugins one by one (gradually), testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict.

I’m trying but this is not working for me! Everytime I try to do even after activating any plugin it does’nt work.

When asking for help on the forums, please be sure to follow the www.ads-software.com guidance, as Steven already mentioned.

Since you are not able to replicate the issue when all plugins are disabled except for WooCommerce Core, we can confirm that WooCommerce isn’t causing this.

However, as you are having issues finding out the culprit, I totally recommend you to get in touch with your hosting so they can assist you further or get in touch with a developer so they can help you with the conflict test.
