WooCommerce: equal price regardless of tax

Hey, I am having a little trouble with my WooCommerce store. I sell worldwide from Germany. That means I have to charge German taxes within the EU and no taxes for the rest of the world. My goal is to have the same price for every customer, no matter where he is from.

The way it currently is: A EU customer would pay net price + VAT (12€ inc. 7% VAT) and a non-EU customer would only pay the net price (11.22€). Not only does that look wrong, it’s also unfair to the customers in my opinion.

What I want: The price is equal for every customer, however, taxes are still displayed properly.

I have tried every option in WooCommerce and just can’t figure out a way to achieve that. Any ideas?
