• I’m using WooCommerce and the featured image on the products always zooms in and thus, cuts off the top of the image, but it does this right after the page loads. For a second once the page loads, the image is fine, but then it quickly zooms in. The actual images are fine, the correct size. But even in the media library, it shows the images zoomed in on. I don’t have any image plugins or anything that would be a quick guess about what might be doing it.

I’m using a Genesis theme, but I switched it to the default 2015 theme and still have the issue. I’ve deactivated all my plugins except Woocommerce and Genesis Connect for Woocommerce. I’ve tried changing the woocommerce style by adding a copy of wocommerce’s stylsheet to my own ‘woocommerce’ directory like the Genesis Connect plugin suggests.

I’ve tried changing the woocommerce css and adding it to my theme’s css. That didn’t work. I have a sidebar on the product page.

Has anyone had this happen to them before or anyone have an idea what the issue might be? Thanks for your help.

Figured it out. Unchecking “Hard Crop” on Woocommerce settings>Products>Display and then regenerating the thumbnails worked.
