Thanks for reaching out. That estimated delivery field is not a setting offered in WooCommerce core’s Flat Rate method. It’s likely being added by another plugin installed on the site.

Would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that we can take a look? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.
