WooCommerce for non supported theme

I am working on a website that basically functions off of two, main and subdomain. The subdomain is functioning as the commerce side for select members to purchase items at wholesale. I am currently using the Coller theme and didn’t think to check how it would work with WooCommerce before I started using the theme and built the majority of the site. I am really looking for the best way to incorporate the WooCommerce functionality without having to change my theme too drastically, or all together. Any help or advice on getting my theme to where it needs would be amazing.
