WooCommerce gallery issue

  • Hello,

    I just noticed a bug with the WooCommerce gallery.

    When you have a variable product, where you have chosen a default variation. The gallery stops working on mobiles.

    When I try to click on any of the thumbnail images, nothing happens.

    The normal behavior is that when you click, the image changes.

    Please from a mobile device, click on the following image. They will see that nothing happens.

    I can see the issue on my mobile too. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

      • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hello, thanks for answering.

    It is a new site, just and has 3 plugins.

    I’ve already tried changing the theme and disabling all plugins.

    The problem continues. The only way to correct it is by deactivating the default variation in the product.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
