    Hi @danielmendez ,

when i install woocommerce to my wordpress, automatically my web shows “err_too_many_redirects”

That is strange and I suspect one of the installed pluigns or themes is conflicting with WooCommerce.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem – i.e tri re-installing WooCommerce.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

HEllo, i tried what you advised but still im having the same issue, and it is woocommerce plugin, not even with storefront theme active on my page it worked.

Some one told me that i have to re-install wordpress, do you think this will work?

i know this could erase all my web info but i need to crate the e-store

    Hi @danielmendez ,

If you haven’t already, then please first try deleting WooCommerce completely (from WP-Admin > Plugins). And then try re-installing a fresh copy and see if that works.

If the issue still persists, then please check with your host and ensure that the .htaccess file of your server has the default directives that are mentioned here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/htaccess/#basic-wp

    >Some one told me that i have to re-install wordpress, do you think this will work?

We’re not sure if deleting WordPress would have any effect since WooCommerce does not have any redirection functionality, it seems once WooCommerce is being activated, either a server configuration is changing that is creating the redirects, or a plugin is conflicting.

Since you’ve already completed the conflict test, I’d recommend checking with your host so they can check if the redirect is being created on the server (based on .htaccess or other files).

Do let us know how that goes.
