We also noticed that no actions seem to be firing from the pixel, can you reconnect the plugin to see if that helps with the pixel?

Yes, you can?disconnect and connect the plugin again using the docs from the previous message.
You are right, the Pixel is active, but it is not tracking events. You can install the?Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension?to check if events are being tracked, and to help with troubleshooting.

I’ll troubleshoot the pixel once the original problem has been resolved.

I had already disabled all plugins during my troubleshooting to establish the problem is isn’t the Facebook plugin. Hence me raising the ticket. If I only have Facebook enabled, it breaks the form.

It seems like the Send as gift option is added through your theme (XStore Child). Unfortunately we have no way of knowing how the theme modifies default WooCommerce add to cart behaviour, and therefore can not guarantee that it will be compatible with the plugin.

You could reach out to the author of your theme with this issue, and see if there’s anything they can do to help.
