I did a woocommerce database update and next thing I know, my woocommerce plugin was gone from plugin tab of wordpress dashboard and from the site as well.

Only Woocommerce folder still exists in File Manager on Cpanel

  • Hi @nixon2482

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the WooCommerce plugin was removed from the list of Installed Plugins after you run a database update, correct?

This is quite a strange behavior. As a first step, can you please share with us the steps you did when you updated your WooCommerce database so that we could address any pain points along the way?

If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Meanwhile, do you have any backups of your site that you could restore prior the update?

For your reference, please check this thorough support documentation on How To Update WooCommerce.

    Hope this helps!
