woocommerce gravity forms product add-ons

gravity forms product add-ons panel does not display on product page.

I’ve tried de-activating and re-activating the plug-in… no dice.

but I can’t see the panel.

Woocommerce status confirms that the extensions is working. I checked ‘screen options’ to see if the panel is hidden. it just won’t show up.
