Woocommerce Grouped Products

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately our plugin does not support the Woocommerce Grouped Products plugin and therefor it won’t be possible to get the minimum price in your feed.

I was talking about grouped products, one of the different kinds of products that Woocommerce has natively. It is not a plugin.

Apologies, my bad.

We just tried by creating a grouped product which has 2 products in it, one of EUR 5 and one of EUR 30. The plugin adds the EUR 5 price to the feed which is already the minimum/lowest price. Isn’t that what you prefer?

Great! That’s exactly what we need.
Which option did you select on Field mapping > g:price?

We just left the default price field mapping in place, this one:

This way, Google Merchant shows us the following error:

How do prices for those products than look in your feed?

It seemed fixed, but Google Shopping returns the error that the price is not valid.

They state the price is not valid, however in your second screenshot you show a product that has a price which looks fine.

Can you share your product feed URL with us so we can have a closer look at your feed and the product prices in it?

Thanks for this. We had a look at the feed but do not really understand why Google states there is something wrong with the prices in your feed. The feed contains prices just fine?

When you check out a product details in your merchant center, do they show a more detailed error description of what exactly they think is wrong with the prices?

Since 2 days ago it seems working Ok. I don’t know why.
I will contact you if the error appears again.
