WooCommerce history transactions, after changing the site.

  • Good morning, on May 14th I uploaded my new commerce, but in the transactions, I don’t see all the history of April 2024, until May 13th 2024.
    (I mean the transactions that you see in the side menu of the backend under “Payments > Transactions”).

    Is this history in the database? On what folder? (because I have a database backup from May 13, 2024)
    Or is it on an account that I can log into on commerce?

    Do you mind clarifying this for us?
    What do you mean by uploaded your new commerce?
    Did you start a new website and the transactions you mentioned were on the old one?
    Or did you uploaded a backup on the site?
    Or was it something else?

    we have practically created a new woocommerce.
    By creating a copy of the previous one on a subdomain.

    The problem is that in the copy all the transaction history was lost, and, clearly, in the new one we start from scratch.

    So I wanted to recover those transactions. Although I seem to have solved it by looking at a previous database backup.
