WooCommerce Home page in ADMIN is blank

I recently tried updating to wordpress 5.6 and I ran into some issues, so I rolled back to 5.5.

I actually took a zip file of the whole website, extracted it, and pointed it to a new database that was created from the same backup.

I right away had odd issues. After clearing cache, I noticed somethings starting to work again. BUT my woocommerce home page in admin and all my WooCommerce analytics (the full tab) are loading blank. Also my customers page is not loading (order page is working).

In the console, I see these 2 error.

TypeError: Object(a.withNavigationHydration) is not a function. (In ‘Object(a.withNavigationHydration)(window.wcNavigation)’, ‘Object(a.withNavigationHydration)’ is an instance of Object)

and this one

WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Unexpected response code: 403

I tried recreating a jetpack connection, that didn’t help. Relinked to a new database, did not work. I’m really stuck.

I have a dev site that is running and it works completely fine in the same environment.
