[WooCommerce] How can I add custom product tags?

Hi!
Simple question – is there a way to add my custom tags in wordpress-woocommerce?

I need to group products in different ways. Main way – by categories. Second way – by tags. But I also need custom grouping with custom taxonomies.
Example:
I want to group my products by ingredients like: site.com/ingredient/water
Then to group my products by healthcare site.com/care/posture
etc.

Is there a plugin for this? Or a how-to article?
