Woocommerce. How get and send values from single page product?

  • I build dynamic checkboxlist(dysplay users friends from buddypress )
    ANd I need attach checked friends to product on checkout page and send this info to admin via email.

    How send array of values from checkboxlist(or multiselect) in single product page to WOO cart? And how can send this variables(array) to checkout and then to email?
