[WooCommerce] How to add panels on admin

Do you know how to add panels to the woocommerce sales info on wordpress dashboard??

I need to show a panel wich says where the client choose to get the product in person.

I’m writing a plugin wich lets clients select a withdrawal point to withdraw his products in person
