Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://yootheme.com/support

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Thanks I did put it there as well – Just didn’t know if it was a WooCommerce issue or a theme issue..

    I’m new to WP

    Thanks

For the most part, the theme is responsible for the design elements you’re describing.

I just found an article on yootheme.com site

    here is the answer

I think the cause for the problem was that you have installed YOOtheme Pro and then WooCommerce and that since then there was no compilation of the LESS files.

YOOtheme Pro will compile the LESS files (and consequently generate the CSS files) when you change something in the style customizer or when you open the customizer after an update. If you don’t have WooCommerce installed and active, YOOtheme Pro will not include the styles for WooCommerce in the LESS compilation.

So basically, you just need to go to the style customizer after installing WooCommerce and change any value so that the LESS files get recompiled. You can then directly reset this value. Then save (i.e. click on Publish).

I have already done that on your site and re-activated the child theme. The WooCommerce pages should now show styled in accordance to your theme.

I change on thing on the sytle and then saved it and vola the new style showed as its supose to

now is this a WooCommerce issue not to work or is this a theme issue?

Well that’s more a theme thing, since you have to do something in the theme to make it work as describe. ??

But definitely thanks for sharing what you found, now other people who search here will find it. ??
