Woocommerce – if delivery add/show custom field

We have products that if delivered, we need the user to pick from a dropdown a delivery location (ie: driveway left side, driveway right side). If they choose pickup instead of delivery, I need this field to disappear.

Currently I’m renaming the order_notes field and displaying it always which is not the solution I’m looking for. I know how to add a custom field but how do I get it to toggle when they change their shipping method on the checkout page?
