    Hi everybody,

    We noticed an important issue with our e-shop today.
    When you want to put a product into the basket you have this automatic message :
    “Please choose product options by visiting ……..”
    so it is impossible to sale something… We checked the stock of the products and they are still good.

    FYI, there is a second issue on the smartphone where you can’t see anymore the “menu” (maybe both issues are related to each other) ?

    Testing on your site today I was able to select a variation of a product and then add that to the cart.

    For the menu behaviour which you’re experiencing the menus on a site are created by WordPress and displayed by the activated WordPress theme and not WooCommerce. Testing on my iPhone I was able to open your site menu on that device.

    We just did a restore on the host with a version from two days ago.
    and yes it looks fixed !

    however I am not sure what we did will set this problem, I am scared it is a temporary solution…

    We will see

    Same error here….I can’t add products with variations.

    Same problem here, but only on iOS

    So for your informations…

    we put the website on a backup version through the host.
    In the same time I deactived all the automatic update of the plugins.

    now the website works properly but I can’t consider it as fixed so I will be happy to hear any of your suggestions.

    Hello guys,

    We fixed the problem by desactivating the plugin autoptimize.
    however we still have the issue on smartphone

    To know what the issue is when Autoptimize is active; try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be ??

    Thanks for this additionnal message.
    So we reactivaed Optimize and unactived the JavaScript through the plugin.
    Now we are able to add products into the basket !

    For your information :
    -we can now see “in a funny way” the menu bar on the smartphone version
    -on our dashboard, we have a request “Almost ready to migrate to SSL!” is it related to the problem and do we have to click and the button “Go ahead, activate SSL”

    Thanks for your email
    Before our menu bar was symbolised with “3 little horizontal bars”.
    Now there is only “one little bar”. It is not a massive issue ??

    I’m seeing the same “one little bar” when Autoptimize is disabled (by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL), so the problem is elsewhere I’m afraid.
