WooCommerce In A Sub-sub Folder?

I’m changing out my old static site to a responsive WP site leaving the old site on-line during the new build. Just installed WP in a folder behind the domain https://www.mywebsite.com/wordpress and will bring it to the front when the new site is ready.
But will I run into any problems if I install WooCommerce in https://www.mywebsite.com/wordpress/shop when bringing the new site forward?
