  • I am having the exact same issue

I was able to include the individual products posts without issue(they are custom posts). However none of the categories are being added. I believe Woocommerce is saving product categories as custom Tags.

Here is an example of the end of a url to edit a category. I think this should give you the information you require
    edit-tags.php?action=edit&taxonomy=product_cat&tag_ID=68&post_type=product

Also, the ability to set a different priority for custom posts (and tags in the future) would be great!

Yeah, for this to work the plugin must add support for custom taxonomies such as the product category being created with WooCommerce. For now because I have only a few categories I am resorting to manually adding these pages to the sitemap, though would be nice to have this automated.

Yes, it would be a good feature if we can include the woocommerce categories in the sitemap. But I guess this plugin isn’t capable of that right now.

@derekakelly , to change the priority you can set the priority of “Minimum Post Priority” (https://www.webpagescreenshot.info/img/52bd2cae4af261-45529892) and it will reflect in the sitemap for all the woocommerce products.

I am having this same exact issue!!

    Can anyone help?

Anything which is a normal WordPress post or taxonomy can be included in the sitemap. You have to check if the post-type / taxonomy is activated on the sitemaps setting page. If it is not listed there, than it is probably something Woocommerce specific. In this case Woocommerce could add a filter to include their content in the sitemap.

please any plugin or solution yet

none of my products has sitemap and not indexed in google, yahoo, alexa

please anyway to generate sitemap yet?

    what about this plugin
