Woocommerce incompatible with WordPress 4.2.3

    Looks like a possible module conflict issue… suggest testing with a clean default theme like 2014 and only Woo active. Then add 1 module back at a time until conflict identified.

    By hit and trial, I found the solution to the problem. May be wordpress 4.2.3 consumes more memory, so I increased the memory_limit in php5.ini file. After that on activating woocommerce plugin, site didn’t crash and no fatal error appeared. Woocommerce is now working fine, see woocommerce working fine at https://adidarwinian.com/products-services/
