Woocommerce Incorrect Product Category Meta Description & Title

Hello Yoast,
First let me say, thank you for this plugin, It’s the best period!!!

Now to the issue I have discovered, or im having an issue with I should say.
Basically google is not displaying the correct Meta Descriptions & Titles for my Woocommerce Product Categories. For all other pages/posts & Woocommerce Product Pages, all works perfect. But not for Woocommerce Product Category pages.

I have installed the Premmerce plugin = https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-permalink-manager/ but im not sure if that is the cause of the issue.

For example, when viewing the source code for this Product Category Page https://www.rodprotech.com/rod-socks/ the meta description & title is correct. Google Search Console shows the correct indexed Meta Description & Title. But for whatever reason, google is showing completely different SERP description & title.

Im not sure what else I can try to fix this issue. Any help is appreciated.
