  • Hi @estudiomocap

    Thanks for reaching out!

I am having problems with seeing the detailed statistics of my woocommerce in the Woocommerce / Reports section. History data is not loaded. I don’t know if it has to do with the version or some kind of update, but I need to know what might be happening to see those statistics. I have others to visualize but we need those comparisons that were more detailed. I send the screenshots:

I understand that old data are not loaded under WooCommerce > Reports, correct?

Kindly be informed that with the release of WooCommerce 4.0 in March 2020, these reports are deprecated and won’t receive further updates.

There is a new and better Analytics section available for users running WordPress 5.3+. Learn more about the new reports and admin experience in the WooCommerce Analytics documentation.

As per the data in your Analytics tab, please try to clear analytics cache first by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and running the Clear Analytics Cache. Then, try to import Historical Data afterwards and see if this works.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @estudiomocap

I performed the steps but the “Import data” screen does not work and the data history is not loaded, what can be happening?

I understand that importing historical data did not worked as expected.

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

    Hi @estudiomocap

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, and try to import Historical Data again and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @estudiomocap

Hello! Thank you very much for your answer. Test in a test environment. The theme/template was updated, now there are no errors or incompatibilities. Activate Storefront theme and Analytics data is also not imported and registration/login problems in MY ACCOUNT page, users cannot login. Woocommerce errors persist. I really don’t know what may be happening, I’ll share again the status of Woocommerce and current records:

Just to confirm, on this test environment, have you disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce while still running on the default Storefront theme?

If so, then please try to import historical data once again and see if this works?

Otherwise, if this still does not work, please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue.

    Thanks!

    Hola Xue!

Sí, he deshabilitado todos los complementos uno a uno con el tema Storefront Y también importe datos históricos pero no se importan tampoco. Enviare la solicitud a soporte entonces, espero poder solucionarlo.

    Muchas gracias!!

    Hi @estudiomocap

Yes, I have disabled all plugins one by one with the Storefront theme AND also import historical data but it is not imported either. I’ll send the request to support then, I hope I can solve it.

I am sorry to hear that the issue still exists even after trying the suggested solution above.

Please do not forget to include the link to this thread so that our Happiness Engineers would know what has been done so far.

    Thanks!
