I’m not aware of a plugin that would allow your customers to connect your site to their own Instagram and Facebook accounts and upload photos – that would likely require code customization and it might be hard to achieve since the connection would have to be established between your site and every Facebook/Instagram accounts.
I’m also having a hard time understanding the purpose of this – wouldn’t it be easier for your customers to simply upload photos from their Facebook or Instagram apps? It sounds like the functionality you’re after is not related to WooCommerce.
Plugins like [Facebook for WooCommerce](https://woocommerce.com/products/facebook/) allow products to be synced from your store to Facebook marketplace, although it sounds like this is not what you’re looking for.
