Woocommerce Instant Payment Problem

Which payment gateway are you using for instant payments?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I use multiple payment gateways.
WooCommererce, Stripe, Afterpay & Paypal.

I haven’t changed anything when it comes to payment settings or options btw, the Instant Payments button just stopped popping up as an option a couple months ago when people used their credit/debit cards directly on my website.

Just for clarity on the issue at hand, are you referring to the Instant Deposit option which should be available at the? Payments →? Overview area within your dashboard as a feature of the WooCommerce Payments plugin, as seen in the screenshot below:

Or are you referring to an Instant Payment option that was available for customers to select from, and is no longer displaying on your checkout page?

Ok, Before I do all that. Why would my eligibility change? I haven’t had any disputes or returns. I didn’t change anything, and my button went away and never came back. Products that I sell are usually over $50 (which is the requirement for instant deposit)

I understand, and to provide more clarity around this, it could also be a situation such as your store has not processed more than $1,000 in payments during the last 90 days, as mentioned in the Eligibility requirements.

Kindly also note that participation in optional WooCommerce Payments features, like Instant Deposits, is at the sole discretion of the WooCommerce team and your account’s eligibility may differ to the mentioned requirements.

My suggestion would be to reach out to WooCommerce support directly for further help with this, should the issue still persist after completing the required updates.

Ok, So I completed all of the updates requested, and still no Instant Deposit Button unfortunately

You mentioned “The Last 90 Days”, is that a one time thing or does it keep track of every single day to see if my website has made that total in a 90 day period?

When I first launched my website in December, I made a few thousand that following January…. As time progressed and the flare went away, I’ve been making 300-400 every month or so

As far as I am aware, this is not once off and is kept track of in a 90-day cycle however, for an accurate answer I would recommend reaching out directly to WooCommerce support where a Happiness Engineer will be able to provide additional clarity around this for you.
