    Hi @abhisharma88608 ,

Thanks for reaching out and I understand that you’re having trouble with the REST API key for Aisensy while setting up your store. It seems like there’s an issue with the webhook registration.

To move forward, make sure your WooCommerce settings are optimized for the API connection. Could you check if your WordPress permalinks are set to ‘Post name’ under Settings > Permalinks? Also, verify that your WooCommerce keys have read/write access. Here are specific steps and some notes about these recommended actions: (always secure a backup of your site before updates for safety)

    To Check WordPress Permalinks:

      • Go to your WordPress dashboard.
      • Navigate to ‘Settings’ > ‘Permalinks’.
      • Choose ‘Post name’.
      • Save the changes.

Just a note about this action: Verifying that your permalinks are set to ‘Post name’ ensures that the URLs on your site are SEO-friendly and, more importantly for this issue, that they’re structured in a way that the REST API can easily recognize and work with. Permalinks set to ‘Post name’ create predictable, readable URLs that are essential for stable communication between your WooCommerce store and any external services, like Aisensy, that you’re trying to integrate via the API.

      To Verify API Key Permissions:

        • Go back to your WordPress dashboard.
        • Click on ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Advanced’ > ‘REST API’.
        • Find the API key you’ve created and ensure it has ‘Read/Write’ permissions.

If the issue persists after these steps, I would recommend checking with Aisensy support for more insights about what you’re experiencing. I also found this guide from their website that might help you through the process.

Please keep us posted on your progress.

        Hi @abhisharma88608 ,

please share the steps for setup webhooks

You can find the webhook code on the AiSensy dashboard. Check the steps provided here on their site: https://faq.aisensy.com/woocommerce-x-aisensy-2-how-to-integrate-woocommerce-with-aisensy/.

Kindly follow the instructions found there for a smooth integration. If you run into any issues, it’s best to reach out to AiSensy support for help as they would have more control over their plugin and software.

        Hope this helps!
